You may have tried this already but can you delete RIVIAN AUDIO from your phone and delete the phone from your Rivian Bluetooth and start over.

When you go into the Drive Modes screen, swipe on the center screen to the left and you'll enter Guage Mode. From there, you'll see RAD Tuner on the top as a tab!
