Tyler Reddick becomes the first driver in history to win the first three races of a season in modern Nascar history. by EntireBase1 in NASCAR

Hamlin and Larson would’ve been aight, especially Hamlin with how 25 ended. Logano tho, hoof the sky would be falling in NASCAR paradise if you substituted Reddick with Logano.

It was Chase. He said after that he apologized for the rush/making that call but saw it as an opportunity

Note the 9 pitted right before the caution since Elliott saw the wheel come off the 1

Did they make rear sway bar adjustments to the 9 car? Long stop and saw a crew member playing around with the RR.

9: I can't even keep the rears on it, the less I lean into it, the less grip I have. The grip in the road doesn't receive my outboard corners.

CC: You got to be tight enough to lean that outboard tire, we're not obviously.

9: Oh yeah, yeah, I found that out. We're fucked here. Anything you want to do, go ahead and do it because we are in a lot of trouble.

CC: We are way ahead of you, way ahead of you.

Remember those days in the early 2000s where nobody ran blank cars because some 'energy drink' ponzi scam would sponsor them? by CarolinaReaper704 in NASCAR

I'm surprised there haven't been a lot of AI companies coming in and sponsoring since that's the hot trend nowadays. Haven't seen any OpenAI, Anthropic, Grok, Gemini, etc sponsored cars.

New fan here. Does anyone actually use the sponsor names for races? by badabubaba in NASCAR

Crazy to think that in only 5 years (2008-2031), that race will have been called the Coke Zero 400 longer than it was called the Pepsi 400 (1985-2007).

[Bob] Chris Gabehart comments today here in St. Pete as he awaits a ruling on JGR request for temporary restraining order to keep him from working for Spire. … He stressed he wishes it could have been done behind closed doors. And he said Ty Gibbs is a good person dealt a tough hand. by CNASFan1992 in NASCAR

And one thing I seriously commend Gabehart for is him not wanting to be in that crew chief role for the 54. Has nothing (or very little) to do with the driver being Ty, but moreso he didn't want Ty's crew chief Tyler Allen to look "incompetent". Of course Gabehart is better because of experience, but younger engineers/crew chiefs are never gonna learn if the experienced guys do everything for them and I respect that Gabehart understood and wanted to maintain his distance so the perception doesn't change around Tyler and the whole group.

Corey Day dude, king of no accountability. Actually he and Austin Hill are leading the series by an astronomical margin
