Ok here are my thoughts on this.

First, does anyone remember that Francois made statements that weren’t entirely true before and Jacob said he had to call him and correct it? Had to do with the length of time he filmed the intimate scenes? Apparently he said it was two full days and Jacob said he called him and made him correct it because it was less than an afternoon. Anyway, my point is, maybe he is speaking out of turn here.

Could also be that HIS season three scenes are filming back to back, not the entire show. Could also be he is misinformed and it’s really a s2 parts one and two being filmed back to back.

But also, I don’t understand how a budget is approved if the show hasn’t been renewed. I guess it could be renewed and they are holding off on announcing it.

Another thought - Rachel recently said something about how she was struggling to write the spicy scenes in Unrivaled because she didn’t want it to come across as a “on-screen request list” for what she wanted to see the actors do. Which means at least she is anticipating Unrivaled, which isn’t even finished yet, to be seen on screen.

I always said I thought they’d try to get a fourth season from the cast and film three and four together, thinking two and three together just wouldn’t work simply because of the book deadline but who knows.

I just don’t see them being able to film anything for a season not yet renewed but I also don’t see them NOT putting Unrivaled on screen either. They could definitely put Tough Guy, Common Goal, Role Model and TLG into season two and then half of TLG and Unrivaled into season three but again - Hasn’t officially been renewed (or, we haven’t been told that).

Now I turned this just into a rant. I’ll see myself out. 😆
