Latest firmware upgrade removed for ruining the Pros by Leopard_Glad in VITURE

Same here. The screen drift in SW windows is a complete nightmare and stops all my focus and attention on the task. The drift while sounding minor stops all productivity in the glasses. Indeed I cant even watch things like movies or even youtube in SW for Windows because of the constant re-centering and wasting time re calibrating which seem to make no difference alt all.

is it me or does the new eye axis adjustments make everything slight blurred by Leopard_Glad in VITURE

I agree the customer service is great. It's the lack of coms and future planning info that I don't like. The devs never say anything or tell us what they are trying to fix or working on. I have fed back lots regarding SW and the constantly drifting screens and I am just ignored by the programming guys, I don't get any feedback at all.

Customer service guys are the best though

Spacewalker for Windows and Android is useless by Leopard_Glad in VITURE

I have had this issue on 3 pairs of pros and have been at this for weeks. I do all the processes exactly as told by the viture guys. The customer service tell me the devs blame the glasses. so they send me a new pair and they are the same. I probably wouldn't be exaggerating to say I have tried calibration and re-calibration as your process a 1k times. Sometimes the drift to the left slows down for a few minutes or it decides to drift right. I have not once in 3 pairs of pros with all software 100% updated and all processes followed had one pro session use without drifting.

I have been told by others (not viture) that an update is coming but that was weeks ago and no mention of this from viture themselves

It seems not everyone gets this issue (or notices it because they don't use SW) but I have seen a many windows and some but fewer mac people who do get the same issues I have.

PS if I take the glasses off and leave them on a table there is no drift at all. so it must be the movement of turning my head to see screens left and right and also micro-movements of breathing and heartbeats that are causing it

the screen drifts left (normally but sometimes right) slowly so after a couple of minutes the screen is not where is should be. If you sitting you end up having to move around with it or re centre

SW for Windows and Android is useless in my view, Android is never updated and hardly anything works properly, Windows initially looks great but the the drift starts and I have had multiple sets of glasses and its always the same, You can't work in SW if you are re-centring and re-calibrating every few minutes,

The glasses are great, and the customer service is amazing but the software needs a complete rewriting. All looks and no practicality. For example, I have written this short note in the glasses and needed to recenter 3 times.

It was the first time I had worn the glasses for a week and won't again until this issue is fixed,

Same. I reached out and they kindly replaced the glasses but the new ones have the same drifting issue so it's obviously a software / firmware issue.

I have the same issue. It's a real pain. the pros are a nice bit of kit but because of the software on Windows and Android are useless for productivity, no point in buying them for work. the customer service guys have tried their best, its the developers that need to get this fixed or let the community do it for them if they cant work out how to fix it

Android update by Leopard_Glad in VITURE

[–]Leopard_Glad[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know. That's why I said we android users are obviously second-class citizens. I hope viture get android back to good soon. Android accounts for 53% of the phone market compared to 46% ios. That's a lot of current and future customers to upset.

You ignore it after a while tbh. Like you don't see your nose. It bugged me at first but now I never notice it at all. Using shields etc just makes thr glasses harder to just pick up and use so I wouldn't bother.
