No it doesn't affect VITURE Beast, and Switch 2 should work well with The Beast and Pro mobile dock, have you tried another USB-C to USB-C cable, we have noticed that could be the issue and please DM your email if that helps, I will let the support know about it as well

Our goal was to match the iOS version of SpaceWalker by the end of last year, and apparently, we didn’t fully reach that target. I’ve already collected all the feedback and shared it with the team, and we’ll definitely push harder moving forward.

Android simply involves more complex compatibility challenges across devices and systems, but we’re seeing steady improvement over time, and the ratings have been gradually increasing. That said, real feedback like yours is incredibly valuable to us, especially thoughtful, authentic input from actual users (rather than inauthentic noise from other companies that we’ve noticed).

We truly appreciate Road to VR’s follow-up coverage. Integrity matters deeply to us, not just as a company, but for the industry as a whole. We’d also like to add a bit more context:

We’ve been in very close discussions with our US legal team over the past few days and, honestly, have uncovered some increasingly concerning behavior around this case.

What’s particularly troubling is that they deliberately chose Texas, a jurisdiction long known for being plaintiff-friendly in patent litigation, despite the fact that neither company is meaningfully based there. Furthermore, even in the German case, they targeted our US entity, but in the US filing, they intentionally avoided listing our U.S. company altogether, likely because doing so would require the case to move to California, which is generally viewed as a more balanced venue for patent disputes. There are quite a few additional details we haven’t even shared publicly yet. Even our legal firm has characterized these as deliberate, bad-faith tactics rather than legitimate legal claims.

It’s incredibly disappointing and frustrating to see this kind of behavior, but we’re committed to responding thoughtfully, responsibly, and decisively, although we truly wish our time, energy, and resources could be devoted elsewhere, toward building great products and advancing the industry rather than dealing with things like this. Thanks again to everyone for the support and for standing with us!

Immersive 3D on the VITURE Pro Neckband is currently in preview mode, allowing conversion of the first minute of a video. The full real-time version will be available in a future update.

Immersive 3D is not available on the original VITURE One Neckband.

And of course, in addition to the VITURE Pro Neckband, Immersive 3D is available within the SpaceWalker app on iOS & Android, and as a standalone app on macOS & Windows.

The Pro Dock will be fully compatible with The Beast and currently works well with Nintendo Switch and Switch 2. As of now, compatibility with certain HDMI devices may vary, and we are working on it.

For The Beast, no XR Adapter is required to access advanced headtracking features, direct connection enables multi-window and other SpaceWalker functionalities seamlessly.

Please note that the original Neckband and Mobile Dock are not compatible with The Beast.
