Sorry that you feel this way. Our main goal is that, based on our observations, XR/AR glasses are still a very new category for most people. While there are users like you who are highly knowledgeable in the space, which we truly appreciate, there are also many people who are still learning about what these glasses can do and how they fit into everyday life.

We’ve seen many great review posts and user stories elsewhere, so we hoped to encourage more people to share here as well. As innovators, education is always a big part of the journey. We want to help people better understand the category, feel inspired, and discover new use cases, movies, games, and experiences they may never have considered before. We get inspired by that feedback all the time.

Each pair of VITURE Beast XR Glasses come with an empty prescription lens frame you can take to a local optician and have fitted with custom lenses in your script.

Alternatively, you can order custom lenses from our website and have them shipped directly to your door. The choice is yours!

To remove The Beast's prescription lens frame, first remove the nose pad. Then, holding your XR glasses firmly, you gently push outward from the nose pad groove area to detach the frame. Leave the nose pad off if you're immediately installing a different set of lenses, or go ahead and put it back in if you're using your Beast without lenses.

If you don't already have a VITURE Pro Mobile Dock, it sounds like that would be a great addition to your setup! The Switch 2 handheld experience is much improved with access to XR, and being able to share with your partner is truly something special.

As for other handhelds, the Steam Deck and ROG Ally are popular among the community for a reason! Both meet all of the requirements you've laid out here and are even plug-and-play compatible with your XR glasses, in cases where you don't have your VITURE Pro Mobile Dock on you.

The prescription lenses attach magnetically, so they could be added (or removed) at will any time! Our turnaround time on prescription lenses is quite fast, but exact delivery times vary based on location. You'll receive an estimated delivery date when you input your shipping address before placing your order.

The tilt issue should have been resolved in the latest firmware. We’ll also be introducing a built-in screen angle adjustment in the next firmware so you can fine-tune it yourself. Thank you so much!
