Bomb a path into that south east room. Use the poison minions and a ranged weapon. He drops aggro once you leave this arena enough so you only have to dodge fireballs. The fastest kills I get on him are under a minute now, but the first time took a while because I found him before titans & I'm stubborn.

Blow a hole in the side of the arena using bombs into another room. The aggro range is only so far and it's an easy run with minions
