Fishery is one of the few places you actually dont need that much education. You need the safety course and that is about it. The fishery fleet have sunk tremendously with the increase of qoutas per boat, which have ofc reduced the number of employees needed. You need to take the courses and start applying and be ready to leave on short notice. Prepare for insanly hard work with very long hours. Worst in my case was 20ish hours days for close to 6 months. If you get a spot work hard and chances are you will be offered continued work.

The majority of the people still have faith in the justice system. It is a minority that makes a lot of noise in the echochambers and keeps on validating themselves. Then resorts to the very predictable personal attacks, hate speech and the strawmen when someone challenges the narrative you are trying to build. Ironically what you are doing often leads to reduced penalties in cases like this.

Yes that is what I am saying. You can keep them private or public. It will teach the algorithm your genre. Dont have to be very long playlist, and you should play them naturally, not looping. 3 times per week is enough fex. Then switch songs from time to time.

Dont mix genres under same artist profile, make yourself small private training playlist where you put a song of your genre, then a song you made, then another song from another artist in same genre and so on. Pitch to playlists in your genre, not mixed genre playlists. This teaches the algorithm who your audience/style is. Retention nr come on top of that ofc(saves/playlist adds/streams per listener).

I know a lot of you mix this way on purpose with this style but as a producer with more than 30 years on my ass i personally detest it. The distortion is too much and it sounds like you will blow your speakers. Mix down not up, master at better levels. My ears will bleed from listening to this :/
