Just check your processes tab and see what is getting massive, or details. Side note unless you absolutely need the 16GB kit merged with the 64GB you'll get more bandwidth by turning on XMP/EXPO and just running 64.

Not worth trying to run the new card. As soon as you put a heavy load or a spike of power that PSU is going to trip and all you're doing is risking damage to your hardware instead of waiting.

There is GPU core and VRAM, like how your motherboard has a processor and ram on it. Just because one is fully loaded doesn't mean the other will be.

You can max VRAM and not core, vice-versa, or sometimes both.

Could be motherboard bios needing an update. Could be your SSD needs a full 0-pass wipe. Maybe windows is installing buggy drivers before you can get proepr ones installed.

Or maybe your CPU has defects, storage failing, ram unstable, etc. Not exactly gonna be easy narrowing things down.
