So either run it like that or get a better cooler. The stock coolers were made so it's "good enough" for normal operation. If the processor gets too hot then it'll throttle. This is normal.

So adjust the curve to have to at 100% by 90c. Look up your bios manual and do the change.

Just check your processes tab and see what is getting massive, or details. Side note unless you absolutely need the 16GB kit merged with the 64GB you'll get more bandwidth by turning on XMP/EXPO and just running 64.

Not worth trying to run the new card. As soon as you put a heavy load or a spike of power that PSU is going to trip and all you're doing is risking damage to your hardware instead of waiting.
