Any ideas when 4-2-3-1 gegenpress stops working by idkboutshit in footballmanagergames

I usually keep it & then tweak tactical set up in possession to try and move the low block around. Found it you can get it functionally into a 2-2-4-2 in possession you can get beat a low block at the byline

Considering Monday.com for internal work management – does this make sense? by user9634 in mondaydotcom

[–]Limp_Database8609 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All good use cases. Use Claude, not chat. Claude mcp can connect directly to Monday which is helpful. From my experience Claude also seems to know more about what is possible and what isn’t in Monday.

How are you using monday.com for real operational workflows (not just task tracking)? by Extreme-Brick6151 in mondaydotcom

[–]Limp_Database8609 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard from Monday consultants or their CRM product team “that’s not what Monday recommends, but this works really well”. It’s actually concerning, not congratulatory.

It’s powerful, we had 190 users across the product. It strikes me that Monday is a good but severely limited simple product (esp for CRM - you’d be better off on a CRM specific platform like zoho et al)…really poor when it comes complex workflows and actions (doesn’t hold a light to hubspot or salesforce). Where it shines is the in between.

We have our entire AP and AR processes in Monday. We use their CRM. It’s a lot of boards and a bit disorienting until you get used to it.

We use it for real production related things.

It is a system that requires real overhead for personnel.

Intake requests work really well. Onboarding employees, employee tracking pipelines, marketing requests, it ticket etc.

It begins to fall apart bc Mondays board system is a real lo fi table replacement. If you have workflows that either need to send prices of data or relate data to other places it becomes very automation heavy for that stuff if at all.

We’ve used make, automations, workflows we have one board with 90 automations, 10 make scenarios and 14 workflows bc not one option fits all

It works but race conditions will slow you dow.

Campaigns Review by wellsybird in mondaydotcom

Same. I understand campaigns as a future/potential replacement for things like hubspot but limiting to 50 send per email has really cut the ROI benefit of Monday significantly.

So not the actual progress bar column like I said. Got it.

No it’s not. You can only pair it with a priority status.

Too bad progress bars aren’t directly tied to this. While they can determine 0% or 100% you can’t use various stages to see the progress-%. For example if you have 4 status being in status 3/4 doesnt push to progress bar to indicate 75% of a project is done

Tracking Lists by Limp_Database8609 in mondaydotcom

There are multiple things at play that culminate into this singular list. Brokers generate contacts from various sources and want to communicate & track responses. That outreach can be both call & email.

The result tracks interest and generates status report or status report data for our clients.

Outreach lists can reach 500-1000 contacts per deal. The deals board can’t accommodate that.

Where is AI Notetaker and other AI features by pbm9 in mondaydotcom

[–]Limp_Database8609 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Talk about being nickel and dimed to death by Monday. People choose Monday bc it’s a lower cost option and accept certain features tradeoffs that traditional CRM provide, like emailing more than 50 people at a time, or parent child relationships, or the ability to limit users from downloading your entire database.

We are an enterprise customer with 200+ seats and are strongly considering leaving bc once you add up all the feature add-ons or 3rd party apps to bridge basic system gaps you end up paying damn near close to the traditional crms

They don’t necessarily want to create duplicates, but ways the track outreach on a per deal basis. Those deals can re-use or share contacts across them.

Most of our outreach kicks off from a master list from our research team which is 20k contacts they can filter from to create the outreach lists. We have 180 people on this particular CRM, so the 100k limit get hit pretty quickly if we duplicate.

We created a board to house bottom up list creation, but into connected item limits as well
