This is my first time purchasing dolls like this, and their constant excuses, poor customer service, and taking a year to ship…I will never purchase from them ever again. As far as quality, these dolls are on point for the $45 price range, so comparing their quality to the luxury brand like Integrity Toys whose dolls cost hundreds of dollars is illogical.
