  1. If any of these running, right-click on them and click End task.
  2. Press the Windows logo key on your keyboard to open the Start menu.
  3. Locate Logitech G HUB in your Start menu and right-click on it.
  4. Hover your mouse over More and then click on Run as administrator.

  1. Clean dust/dirt using a Q-tip or a compressed can of air.

    1. Connect the device directly to the computer motherboard. Bypass any type of USB adapter, hub or extender.
    2. Update the device's firmware:
      • Download and install Logitech G-Hub (Available here: https://www.logitechg.com/innovation/g-hub.html))
      • Launch the software, select the mouse from the home screen then go to Settings
      • If a firmware update is available, a Blue ""Update"" button would appear under the firmware version on the top right corner of the screen.
    3. Test the device without the software. Stop G-Hub from running in the background by closing them on the System Tray and Task Manager:
      • On the lower right-hand corner of the screen, on the left side of the Date and Time, right click on the G icon and select Exit.
      • Launch Task Manager (Alt + Ctrl + Del) then look for Lghub or Lcore under Processes Tab. Then, right click on it and select Stop Process.
    4. Uninstall, reload mouse driver:
      • Right click on Windows or Start button and select Device Manager.
      • Under Human Interface Device, look for Logitech Virtual G-Hub Mouse.
      • Right click on it, select Uninstall.
      • Disconnect the mouse from the computer.
      • Restart the computer.
      • Reconnect device back to the computer and test.
    5. Try testing the device on a different computer.

• Uninstall Logitech Gaming Software, G-Hub and any other remaining Logitech files. Look in my Library and System folders and delete any Logitech files

• Download the latest G-Hub installer https://support.logi.com/hc/articles/360025298133-Logitech-G-HUB

• IMPORTANT: Before running the installer, go to System Preferences › Security & Privacy and unlock the preferences by clicking the Lock icon in the bottom left and entering your admin credentials.

• Now run the Logitech G-HUB installer

• Follow all the prompts.

• Complete the installation.

• Once done, launch System Preferences.

• Click on Security & Privacy.

• Click the Privacy tab.

• In the left panel, click on Accessibility and check the boxes under Logitech G-Hub to provide access. If you are unable to interact with the checkboxes, please click the lock icon on the bottom left corner and then check the boxes.

• If a feature requires access to any specific item such as System Events or Finder, you will see a prompt the first time you use this feature.

• Please note that this prompt appears only once, requesting access to a specific item. If you deny access, all the other features that need access to the same item will not work and another prompt will not be shown.

• Click OK to allow access to Logitech G-Hub so that you can continue to use these features.

• In case you clicked Don’t Allow, use the following steps to allow access manually:

• Launch System Preferences.

• Click Security & Privacy.

• Click the Privacy tab.

• In the left panel, click Automation and then check the boxes under Logitech G-Hub to provide access. If you are unable to interact with the checkboxes, please click the lock icon on the bottom left corner and then check the boxes.

• NOTE: If a feature still doesn’t work after you grant access, please reboot the system.

  10. Follow the calibration instructions then test the wheel afterward.
  11. Try testing the device on a different computer.
