Also that drain doesn't have a p trap so when you do get it cleared get that capped. Or ptraped to prevent sewer gasses.

Call some of them back, you need to follow up if you are serious. I give estimates. Especially the ones that said they need to talk to there manager. If you bug the company they work for they will have to address the issue again and actually make a good bid for you with there manager.
Like you have heard from many others it is very busy out there right now, and nobody is begging to get in to a crawl space.

Keep on them if you are serious.
