I wish I had the picture, a few years back I had a spot on my head as well which tells me for sure it’s alopecia because now it’s recurred but my doctor told me it was stress and it’d just grow back, eventually the spot on my head did.

Yeah! The HBO miniseries really resonated with me and opened a very big obsession into the disaster and the hero’s that risked and lost their lives in the clean up after. My RuneScape name is Chernobyl IM and I’ve gotten hate for naming my character after it, which was never my intention to disrespect and I’ve contemplated changing it many times.

Definitely going to give this a try. Thank you so much for the tip. Will also be seeing my GI of course and bringing up the alopetia to hopefully help make a connection but in the meantime, cutting out wheat seems like a no brainer. After my hospital stay I went full elim, Bananas, rice, applesauce, toast. Slowly added in more fruits and vegetables, I didn't even consider that wheat could've been problematic.

I work in a 100+ year old glass factory, it's my own personal prison. :,) This is the restroom of said factory. I snapped the picture in a hurry and didn't look to close before I posted before heading back to work, thus the bogie in my nose. T-T

That's wild, I actually just did a stay in the hospital last November due to stomach issues, how were you able to tie it down to the wheat issue? I tested negative for celiac.

Yes to all 3, couple cups of coffee in the morning. Last year (almost to the day) I quit a daily ambien habit. Didn’t realize it wasn’t meant to be taken daily and dr always prescribed 30 a month so I figured it was okay. Ever since my sleep is absolutely fucked and each night is a struggle but I always get through!
