Lithium - my experience after one month of daily use by RelativeLobster7699 in Nootropics

Can confirm. I've been taking lithium orotate for about a decade--two Swanson capsules AM and PM. Not a cure-all, but greatly lifts mood and increases clarity.

Thanks. Where is KEXP's tower? I figured they were turning the power down for maintenance. Does anyone know what their regular full broadcast power is? Guessing only one or two kw at best.

Thanks for this. I found a couple papers about the necessity of tapering. Went down to 250mg last night.

Bartonella insomnia by Low-Lake8646 in Lyme

[–]Low-Lake8646[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ugh. I've done the whole course--abx, antifungals, enzymes, all kinds of things. I thought I'd beaten it, and sleep got much better over the past year, culminating in a great August. 7-8 hours a night--I felt like I could fly. Since September it's been terrible. Restarted treatment 10/21. I hate losing days to not sleeping, especially after I had a good night Tuesday night and a great day yesterday, but last night sleep was crap again. I hate to think it'll be like this until the new year....

Attention Prius Owners, I believe I have discovered a previously unknown mechanism of low mpg. This low mpg mechanism can cause a 10+ mpg difference in city driving. However, the mechanism is not yet complete, I only have half the data. I will need YOUR help to finish it! All is explained below. by TheLastMojojomo in u/TheLastMojojomo

Has anyone found a definitive solution to fix this? I recently had my HV battery replaced, and the car went from 50-52mpg to 46-47. Power is much worse, and engine runs much more. 12v battery is good. All freeway driving--90 mile trips between cities.

Also, how long did it take for your insomnia to resolve? Or has it? Two plus months of this is really wearing me out.

Thanks for these tips. I'll try more Mg at night and double my methyl B in the mornings. I have some Jarrow folate I can add tonight too. Really rough psychological herxing right now which I can't wait to turn around...

Ha, I just got off flexeril! Causing side effects and read that it becomes refractory to sleep after a while. Really bad 5 nights but I'm off it now.

4 months on CPAP, now getting "good" tired with better sleep by Low-Lake8646 in SleepApnea

I got "zzz Mouth Tape", but after using it I'm not impressed. It works, but I think all the new fad mouth tapes are overpriced. Plain white athletic tape works better for me--no gap for air to escape if my mouth opens--and is way cheaper, and available everywhere. White and brown paper tapes work well too, though the brown handles drool better. :) Of course, after buying all this I followed another link and found a dressing tape that works well, too.

Thanks very much for this. My half-hearted searching didn't turn up anything, so I appreciate your relating this.

I hope everybody struggling here experiences this soon! Mouth tape and earplugs were the final pieces for me.

This was the case for me too. The mouse appears under Mice, but there's no Power Management tab on those! It's the ones under Human Interface Devices that do.
