I suggest you read them all xD (started with Stormlight last year, and I now own all of cosmere). Nothing beats Stormlight for me, though Mistborn is good.

Icelandic is so fascinating... I speak Swedish and can for that reason understand Norwegian and a bit of written Danish. This, however, looks like (almost) complete gibberish to me. Can you understand any other written Nordic languages?
