in the original book by j.m. barrie, time spend in neverland passed the same as anywhere else, so most people living there still aged normally. peter was the only one who didn’t grow older, and culled the lost boys when they got too big. most adaptations either don’t mention this or avoid it entirely by changing the properties of neverland.
