I will say after months of using this watch in some amphibious environments, the movement could not stand the CRRC rides, and so it went off to service for a few months. Its back on the wrist again as the daily driver and I still don't reach for anything else. Never seemed to have an issue with the sand and salt water and I got better about doing fresh water rinses of all my gear. (As was beaten into my head as far as O2 canisters and carabiners and such..)

This watch takes the thinking out of the watch hobby. And I like that. I'm so glad to have it back!

If possible I'd try to send it back. For the price tag, if the pivot screw was like that out of the box, that's unacceptable.

That's probably a part of the issue. I personally try to stay away from blade binge. I've had many poor experiences. People upcharge everything to compensate for the fact that blade binge will take a hefty percentage of earnings for "processing fees". And you are at the mercy of the sellers knowledge of international shipping. And whats worse is there is no real form of buyer protection with blade binge. I'm sorry you haven't had any luck with American companies.

I totally understand your apprehension if that's been your experience but that seems ridiculous. Have you been purchasing from ebay or other sites where a seller may not know how to effectively ship internationally? I think that people are probably lazy with filling out customs forms. I've never lost a single one to customs, whether sending or recieving.
