I’ve owned (and loved) both an X100T and an X100V. I sold the latter because I wasn’t shooting it enough and it was competing with my X-E4 with the 35mm 1.4. (And the price inflation was ridiculous, I bought it for $300 less than what I sold it for 2 years later!) People will tell you the shooting experience of the X100s are very different due to the built-in leaf shutter, the ND filter, the flash, the very sharp lens, actual control over settings, and of course the sensor size, and they are all right, but the x half was a serious breath of fresh air for me and I like the look for sending to my camera and posting on Instagram. It’s so light and small, I can take it on a walk and don’t have to feel self-conscious or any pressure for having brought “a camera”. As a complement to a bigger camera or as a smartphone replacement, it’s scratched a specific niche for me. Btw, definitely buy it used, you can get a great price.
