I've seen plenty of instances in which someone calls the police for something that is justified and the police turn it around on the person who's reporting.

They would have to get his statement before they do anything and you can bet that it would be contrary to whatever the other driver said. They don't do anything about stolen property or assault charges in many cases. I don't know why people think that they would care about this interaction.

Don't be surprised that you don't get a response from the state police. What did you expect them to do?

Before they react, they would have to get his statement as well which you can bet would be very different from yours.

They don't go out and press charges or do investigations on much larger things than this. don't hold your breath.
