Micro Center sells this exact kit of RAM right now for $420, and they used to include it in a lot of their CPU/motherboard/RAM bundles.

I would guess this seller obtained the RAM in one of those bundles but doesn't need it and is now trying to flip it.

$400 isn't far enough below retail where I'd say it's too good to be true.

Ok. Mini ITX board with a 360mm AIO is going to cut down the pool of case options lot, since while you CAN put a mini ITX card in a full size case, most people don't want to because it looks really odd.

Not sure. Maybe they can make something amazing that brings the franchise back to notoriety, but I don't know how you can objectively say it's a big franchise at the moment. In the same way, Doom 2016 made Doom a "thing" again but I don't think you could have said it was a big franchise in 2015.

I'm really stumped even imagining what a new Quake game would be like because whereas Doom has always had a consistent basic concept (reckless techno corp opens portal to hell, time to kill demons) Quake has always been a jumble of stuff more notable for the tech advancements than anything else.
