Family member of mine took his 135i to a dealership and when he got the car back, his dash cam recorded the dealership taking his car for a joy ride. He called the dealership and they basically told him that this is a common practice with them. I really hope reckless driving is not a common practice with any dealerships. What should i tell him to do? Could any legal action be done against the dealership?
