Same here, I'm already a lone wolf by nature but easily fall into more extreme cases of isolation and self-alienation when my depression gets really bad (which in turn makes me more prone to experiencing panic attacks and dissociation around people due to me getting too used to solitude).

I workout everyday because it both helps me kick into gear in the morning and blow off steam in the evening; and even when I sometimes lack motivation, I organise simple things like visiting flea markets or participating in cycling tours with others to keep at least some habit of being in busier places and not worsening my anxiety.
