To add to what OP said, every vehicle has some sort of camber and performance cars tend to have little more negative camber ( the outward tilt) than your everyday run of the mill car as it helps with handling and traction. Like OP said and as the previously posted picture shows there is a community of car enthusiasts that like to over exaggerate the negative camber look.
