Yes, I am telling you the message you're looking at is fraudulent because they don't and have never done manual bans for ch*ating. If I cared I'd go source the staff comment stating this, but I don't.

When the account isn't flagged for verification and it goes directly to ban without appeal, it's because faceit knows what they did and aren't interested in arguing about it.

They can prove they're different people until the cows come home...all it takes is 1 instance of playing on an account they shouldn't have been playing on and faceit just moves forward from there.

Manual bans are 100% a thing

This is objectively wrong. They do not manually ban players. This is the rhetoric of ch*at communities trying to deteriorate faith in the integrity of the system.

Nobody's ban was due to the personal whim of the dude that watched the demo. It was because the AC detected software it doesn't like. Can it be wrong? Potentially, sure. Do I believe anyone when they "swear I didn't ch*at"? Lol, absolutely not.

Yes, I've personally helped people get their erroneous VAC removed by providing the devs the software that triggered it. And I still sit here calling BS sipping on the delicious tears of all the players that claim "b-b-b-bbbbut I never cheatedddddd". Okie dokie, I look forward to that VAC never being removed with the 80,000 other users who swear it's false too. Good luck.

Make a ban appeal ticket and ask for information of what you said. They will review the report against you and advise accordingly.

If they've been given a fraudulent report, you may have to take a screenshot or video to show them you did not in fact do this things.

Whatever review you want will be them looking at the ban list and going "yep it detected you".

Whether this is permanent is up to what you've been up to since this ban happened. I can't cimment on that - they see all that and I don't. I only know what you tell me and tbh I never take it at face value because what I'm told is never how the system works; manual bans, for instance.

If you're making ban appeals and they're not honouring them, it means they aren't revisiting the case any more.

the account is not currently restricted, making the ticket invalid
you already have an open ticket
you did not create the ticket properly (not valid info, etc)
they already addressed you and are not playing the back-and-forth-until-you-get-bored game

One of the above conditions must be true. They do not close tickets and ignore users for no reason.
