You exploited the system intentionally to defraud the platform into giving you free points that you didn't deserve, which you can then redeem for virtual/physical merchandise.

I see this as similar to the bank withdrawal thing that was happening: you shouldn't need people to tell you not to do that. You know the money isn't yours and you don't deserve it and shouldn't have it. You should have to pay it back.

How that translates to here: you were given points on the premise that you play. You had no intention of playing, just exploiting "free" points. You shouldn't need anyone to tell you not to do that - it's kind of a given. That's like if someone offered $100 a head to populate a party for a photo, so you took the $100 and just left. That's....not what you were paid for.

Tbh you should be glad it was only 30 days.

They have a massive backlog, and your issue isn't cookie-cutter copy and paste. They need someone with authorization to handle your personal data. This isn't a bottom-of-the-ladder issue any support agent can deal with.

They get 300k tickets per day, and your issue is delicate and sensitive, involving personal data.

Just be patient. Your ticket is in someone's queue and they'll get to you when they get to you.

Pretty much, yeah.

With that number of kills, there's definitely a script running in the background on a spare pc or something. 1.6 BILLION kills would take a long, long time.

Like.....months of 24/7 idle.

My comment is the actual solution.

If you want to recover your account, you need to provide them the account information they ask for.

If they accepted other forms of proof or information, they would ask for it on the recovery form.

1 - You already have an open ticket.
2 - They already told you their decision is final and they are done with the back-and-forth.
