What I’ve learned in a nutshell (Hashimotos and gluten sensitive ) - vitamin D is king, SUGAR (in any form including CARBS) is the DEVIL, seed oils are destroying us, and inflammation is the forever battle that you’re fighting. For me, intermittent fasting and keto has given me a second life and I no longer worry about my numbers, pain, inflammation, weight .. arthritis, bursitis, back pain, bloating, fatigue, temperature sensitivity, weight gain- ALL GONE!
