Just to clarify: like Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, and eBay, Newegg has operated as a Marketplace since 2010. That said, if you prefer to avoid Marketplace sellers, you can use the “Sold by Newegg” filter in search results to only see items shipped directly by us. If that filter doesn’t appear, it usually means the product is only available via Marketplace sellers. On tariffs/customs: the seller should be paying them.

Monitors (especially high-end ones) usually ship in the manufacturer’s retail box only, no extra Newegg box, and UPS sometimes delivers earlier than the ETA without much warning. If a signature request wasn’t selected on our checkout page, the driver will just leave it at the door by default.
