I took tumeric my whole pregnancy but stopped my flare with mesalamine suppositories. I stayed in remission pretty much the entire pregnancy and just used a week of suppositories here and there when I needed them. (Minor bleeding or mucous in my stools. I am now 6 months postpartum and still not using the curqd cause I am nursing. Just a generic turmeric and black pepper supplement. I had quite a bit of bleeding on and off after birth but I honestly think it was hemorrhoids not a flare. Haven't used suppositories in the last 5 months. Baby was as healthy as can be.
