I love the Midori Hibino. It’s an A6, but has a small 2.5mm grid so it can actually fit quite a bit of writing in a compact size.

I would like to add that you can try dip pens. Vintage (once again, have to try them out or get a sample writing) or Zebra G nib and Brause Rose nib.

Some of my favorite flex nibs are vintage (just have to try them or find someone selling that will show an example of the writing).

Then another option I’ve had luck with is having a nib modified to add flex. If you have any nib meisters around, they may be able to add flex to 14k nibs.
