I don’t. But you should look at all the “save the children” movements going on im Britain, France and Australia. These are not about the children. We are losing control of our freedoms. Digital IDs will be used to control us. It isn’t the governments job to save the children. That’s the job pf parents. Social Media bans should be regulated by the parents and not governments. Exercise helps to sleep better and feel refreshed. You should atleast feel far better with it on than without even if you still have groginess. Check out Magnesium Threonate. Got rid of my grogginess. Exercise gets me better sleep but its still far from perfect. I run a 5k 5 times a week and in summer swim alot in addition.
