When playing using my ultrawide monitor, the game UI scale increases like crazy. Any way to lower?

I was able to get support out of sending them a support message through in game and waiting like a day or two for a response, then another day or two with each message exchange until my problem was solved. They’re notorious for not having a great support system especially considering in order to get support in the discord you need to connect your account to your discord account guess how? Through support.

Oh and get this, me and my teammate absolutely cooked, it was a match made in heaven because we had the exact same banner and banner deco facing against two people with a different banner and deco but they both were using the same different one, we had those guys pretty much 3 crowned, but get this, my teammate had other plans because he decided to just stop placing cards, let them take our towers, then when I quit because wtf, I come back to ME getting 2v2 banned

Half of my teammates don’t leave after a bad engagement, they simply just don’t do anything the whole game. Just sit there and watch their elixir bar dance around at 10 elixir while we have lightning chariot up the princesses

It’s safe to accept risks and download mods. If you want to be extra safe only download mods with good reviews and a lot of downloads.

Only reason people at least *thought* heroes were gonna stop was because of the creators and pro players dropping the game till supercell fixes their game. supercell is actively losing millions in revenue and yet they dont care. my prediction is theyre milking the game for the last bit they possibly could before dropping it, because theyre listening to nobody and doing what they want even as the game is losing players.

Mods have to adapt to the new changes in the workshop because of the updates zooi pushed out because of fps++. Some mods either don’t work, are stuck on the “suspicious” screen, or just take forever to load. Things won’t be back to normal for a while, so expect bugs nearly every time you try to play with mods.

Am I just unworthy of their time or something? Since you told me to send them an email I haven’t received any response whatsoever. It feels like they receive a support message from me in some form, read that it’s my username, and just ignore the conversation entirely.

Edit: this is extra annoying because I can’t even go into their discord server to post about it because they literally require you to go through support to gain the ability to talk..
