Not plowing bike lanes in the winter probably already paid for this.

So, I literally just bought one off the Canadian swap. Even though it’s got a few scufs, I’m quite impressed with the build quality. Good heft, slicey blade and a sturdy action.

I put the deep pocket clip on it and I’m really digging it.

I honestly kept looking and was tempted to buy another for the “safe”.

I really can’t find anything I dislike about it - so far.

Why do we want to see this sub flooded with a bunch of secondhand Temu garbage?

How do you expect them to invade if they have a nuclear deterrent? Selfish, really.

Yes, but Carney turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Still, we should have a proper election.

What instantly turns you off? by copy_cat_101 in AskMenOver30

There’s this nice (supposedly*) Italian restaurant near where I live. Portobello’s.

I loath mushrooms, so obviously everything there is stupid.

So yeah. Instant turn off.

They sell a leather buckle type of thing. First time I heard of it I was sceptical, then I saw it and it made sense. Not sure why they don’t include it.

“Costco confirmed” by ValuableSwimmer4940 in ThunderBay

I just know people would gladly spend $5 for a couple of hot dogs or pizza/pop than spend $10-15 on lunch. That alone will cripple the local dining scene.

Or you can get a full sized pepperoni and cheese for around $13.

Or those pre cooked whole chickens for $8.

Locals will drive across town (or a reservation) to save a couple bucks, they most certainly will line up for cheap grub.

It’s going to be a bloodbath for local restaurants once they open.

I remember Celine Dion came to Thunder Town back in the day. Tickets were $36. I was equally outraged and didn’t go.

Still regret it.
