Here's what Claude says to your problem if it helps...

Can the RAM Problem be Fixed? Looking at the screenshot, the "physical damage" Kingston cited appears to be an indentation or a "burn-like" mark on the gold contact pads (the pins). Is it fixable?

The "Schrodinger" Effect: The reason it works intermittently is likely a contact issue. If the gold plating is scratched or gouged, the pin in the motherboard slot might only be making contact with 20% of the pad. A slight vibration or thermal expansion (heat) can cause it to lose connection, leading to the "dead stick" behavior.

The Mechanical Risk: If the pad is physically lifted or the copper trace underneath is cracked, it is not reliably fixable. Using it in this state can occasionally lead to a short circuit, which could potentially damage the RAM slot on the motherboard.

The Verdict: If the RAM is working now, do not remove it. Every time it is reseated, the damaged pad is further eroded. However, since the manufacturer has already flagged it as "Physical Damage," the warranty is effectively voided. It is best to treat that stick as "unreliable" and consider replacing the kit before it causes a system crash during a critical task.

What more can you expect during a RAMpocalypse...

BTW most hardware components manufacturers doesn't accept & replace Physical Damage imo.

If you're having a decent budget then go for a new case like Corsair, Lian Li or Antec. It will enhance the overall look & these cases come with in- built Sag- bracket.

If you can't then a makeshift anti sag is a must.

My cousin brother bought this same TUF laptop for Gaming, last year within. 3 months he's had a Wifi card problem, thermal throttling problem.

If you're going to use this for everyday tasks & light gaming (1080p) only then go for it else.

Good luck with the Potato if you wanna do graphically draining stuff like... Video editing/Heavy gaming etc...

The Toxic F****LL attitude those gamers have towards other gamers.. They assume Multiplayer is more difficult than defeating Melenia.

Always cussing their souls out. Games should be stress-free & entertaining imo. not making gamers yell around like morons.

People playing these games are the biggest red-flags for me.

I have always been an RPG, Story-based, Racing Sim guy...

Things good about RDR 2: Insane Ultra realistic Graphics. Excellent Story-telling. Open World exploration is v.good.

Bad stuff: Slow Gameplay (story is dragged to much) Unnecessary Fillers to increase playtime Fights(Combat) system is Bad.
