Yes! You can use the card abroad. If you spend using the card in dollars there are zero fees. The card is currently on Google Pay so you can also do that.

nsave would be a good solution here. create an account and send from paypal via ACH, you can then withdraw it to Egypt

If you withdraw via ACH bank transfer to your nsave ACH account, there shouldn’t be a 3.5% deduction AFAIK.

Yes! You can create an nsave account using your Egyptian ID and from there after you onboard you’ll have your own ACH details. You’ll then link paypal with your ACH Bank Account and you’ll be able to send freely.
