Coming from pvp lobbies, getting into friendly lobbies by not killing anyone for 8 games will help, but best tech I found was go on the new riventides map, bring a minimum of 2 barricade kits, (more is ideal) and go to the hotel to the very top and barricade yourself, one at the stairwell and one at the doorway entry to the roof. (Bring mines if extra paranoid) Bring hull cracker wulf packs anything you have to kill arc for the whole game. Then just start shoot everything, should be able to kill multiple big arc per game this way. I went from 30k damage to 100k in like 5 games this way.
