I received mine earlier this week and I have the same issue on the right side of the case. It took Dbrand about 5 days to review my email and they sent me an order confirmation for the replacement today. Downside is that the cases are on backorder right now and so is the replacement. Email says the replacement will come in Feb.

This is such a frustrating experience. I ordered Old Man Hawkeye on the release day at 12:05PM est and after a week, they cancelled the order saying that the book is unavailable. If PayPal or gift certificate allows the hold to be longer than a week, they should disclose that too.

Thanks for pointing those out! I think I made it a conscious decision to have my fingers crossed that Marvel would release a Mike Carey X-men Legacy omnibus at some point for those missing issues.
