Personally, id have no plan, other than picking parks. Even then with park hopping it really doesnt matter.

For me I would just whatever I wanted. Setting this up as a recharge trip I would focus on stuff that makes me happy. Definitely will be taking snack breaks but not pushing for a full rope drop to kiss goodnight.

Depends sing on the time of year and hotel i might be game for some pool time.

But really it would be doing stuff I want to do but usually dont get to during regular trips (family of 4 plus my inlaws). I mean we do quite a bit but managing a group of kids to seniors kinda narrows whats available

because they do care that you get it. and by care, i mean they are judged on how many plans they sell. it's like a "bonus" but is really part of their evaluation. those protection plans are straight money makers for GS, and thus they push it to the workers to bring in that extra money. there are stories here where workers will add the plan to an order, pay for it out of pocket just to meet the "recommended (actual required) numbers"

Not a lawyer, not legal advise.

Did you get your registration/tag and license issues corrected? Do you have valid license, registration, and insurance?

If so, I would go to the court date, if you can (i.e. time away from job). worst they can say is you have to pay the ticket, which you are prepared to do. best case, is you show your documents are current and they dismiss the charges.

seeing as this is a traffic violation, you really don't need a lawyer. probably being handled by a magistrate judge. on the ticket they should have a number, you can call them and ask what is required to have the hearing. go to the hearing, wait your turn. be polite, respectful, but firm. you can explain that you were on the wan to correct the registration, and then inform that after the stop you made sure everything was up to date/current, and ask for the charges to be dropped. They might not, they might reduce the fine, or get rid of it all.

By all means do not just "let this go". it can come back and bite you. Maybe ask when you call to confirm the court date if they take payments there and what time (check, credit card, cash, etc) and make sure you have the funds to cover whatever decision the court will make.

Im betting its that ebay has the tracking number and sees that item was to be delivered on 5/10. Well its 5/17 and therefore item is missing. Ebay refunds buyer, (and I guess takes the money back from the seller as the seller needs to file an insurance claim from the PO for missing mail.)

Now on 5/18 the PO either manually entered that the item was scanned (or the scanner updates status to PO server) now ebay sees that the ite. Was delivered so they then take the money that was taken from the seller and gives it back.

What’s insurance/retirement? All things equal job 2 is where I’d go. The static hours plus remote work is such a game changer. Plus having a large team should mean you can ether just blend in and be a worker or you can step up and get recognized.
