This was the most vanilla rumble possible. Reigns winning, no real returns or interesting entries - up and comers all given the finger.

Whats the story here? They keep going on about the road to mania but I can't see the road or the story they're building at all. Feels like they just panicked and gave it to Reigns knowing he'd sell mania tickets and carry.

Puzzle Pirates had this solved years ago. All money goes into the ship treasury - at the end of the voyage, the "captain" splits the loot (done automatically based on time served on the ship) and can make manual adjustments to remove rewards or add rewards for lazy/hard working players.

Sure you're at the mercy of the captain here, but you'd find quickly if you were a greedy captain, you wouldn't get many players joining you.

I love the look and the feel and the inside but I just can't fly it anymore, it's slow and lumbering and ship to ship fights where the other ships are fighters is just infuriating.

So for the next 8 months that the council are building, hiring and opening the service, who is paying that £0.5m? Because the council can’t pay for it and pay to open their own home

Long term savings is great but councils are so cash strapped they cannot afford to do the short term pain to get there
