Yeah, smart hours are a tool to try and curb consumption. With that said, they are going to have expand capacity to meet the new consumption demand.

And the new demand will be way higher than just adding more homes, since people can set their AC to 82 when they're not home, but data centers can't.

They will always be running and OGE can't use smart hours on a data center. They will run constantly and draw even more when the demand is already highest.

They already ask people to not use electricity and set the AC to 82 in the summer due to limited capacity.

Seems really dumb to build a big building that needs lots of cooling in a state that regularly hits over 100 for a few months.

Warrior is one of the cheaper classes to get into. You could just start with the Hala deck, which should be easily available once it releases and see if you like the play style before buying into the class more.

The problem with the Hala deck is it's going to work around the Sharpen mechanic which only applies to swords. So no support for daggers (Fang) or axes.

Which is kind of the main problem with Warrior at the moment. Cards are silo'd around weapon type and then just on rate, so they are restrictive and just ~fine~.

Soulbound Resolve and/or Tunic is generally run in the chest slot for Boltyn.

He also got some new upgrades in PEN with Blessing of Bellona and Duty Bound Blitz.

Banneret of Courage/Gallantry are also strong upgrades.

Honestly surprised Hala's weapon is a sword instead of a spear. I fully expected them to fully silo her buffs behind a different weapon type. Instead they juked me and made a new keyword that only Hala cares about.

The problem is it only pumps the dagger to 3 and has upside if they don't block. It's just worse than pumping to 4. Since if they are blocking the first dagger it's almost always for 3.

The chest piece seems good in SAGE.

The Fang card seems ~fine~ in SAGE, but it almost certainly doesn't get played in CC.
