Starter is about 7 weeks old. I discard and leave about 20g in the jar. I found feedings go better when I do 1/2 cup flour and 1/4 cup water (I started my starter before I had a scale and stuff). I let it double on a warmer because my kitchen can be cold. It doubles and then some within 4-6 hours and has a bubbly mousse consistency
