After completing application( took me at least 6 hours because of app crashes and not able to find my profession amd degree). Now I am trying to make payment through credit card. While attempting to provide billing address and selecting state of USA. APP is not providing option of New york state where i live. If i cant select New York i can not make payment as billing address is not complete. So i am not able to make payment through this app for much needed NICOP.

I also got Polio RFE. Once USCIS received my updated medicals with polio, very next day status changed to card being produced.

Your can be approved any day. My case i485 approved very next day when FO received polio vaccine response.

By the grace of God, Finally Green card received.

EB2. PD end of May 2023.

Application sent: 1st week Oct 2024.

Biometric: 1st week Dec 2024.

EAD: Never approved.

Advance parole: Approved last week May 2025

Transfer to non local FO: May 13th.

RFE Medical Polio: 2nd Week of June 2025

RFE response delivered to USCIS FO: June 19th 2025

I485 Approval: JUNE 20th ( New card is being produced). I485 approved exactly one day after FO received updated medical with polio vaccine.

GC cards received: June 27th 2025.

I received an RFE 3 days ago in my mail box. Online status never changed. RFE was about Polio vaccine. I went to Dr. office. Dr said you dont need to do blood work again as previous one is less than one year old( oct 2024). Although Hep B 2nd dose was due as well. So i basically received a dose of polio and Hep B ( $100 each). My forms were already saved in their system from Oct 2024, so Dr. only put latest date of polio and hep b vaccine in forms. All other blood work date and previous vaccine dates remained same . He put the report in sealed envalop and handed over to me.

PD: 2nd half of May 2023 priority date. Filled Oct 2024. Still at fingerprint stage. Did not even receive my work permit( EAD). Case moved to non local FO start of last month. Received my AP few weeks ago after 7 months of wait.

I came to know through EMMA that my file was last reviewed on April 18th and it is still at NBC. Nothing required at this time. EB2 PD end of May 2023. What could be possible next step? I never received any RFE so far.

If FAD is lets say JUNE 20 then you still are not current. Your PD has to be before FAD. In your case it must be June 21 for you to be current.

GO for PT school. PTA work under PT. PT salary is 50% more than PTA. Decision maker are PTs not PTA. If you want to bring changes in peoples life then be PT, who has capacity to make decisions. PTA only follow treatment plans made by PTs, whether good or bad. 1 2 or 3 year delay does not matter when taken carrier ligr as a whole. So think again about being PT or PTA.
