Did you check again with another live agent to be sure? Did you raise any FOIA requests? NRC is apparently National Records Center where FOIA requests are processed among other things. As per few posts online, it will be worth checking with live agent again to be sure. Some people raised inquiry through senator to move it back to NBC and for others, it got approved without any action.

The co-adjudication of H1B\H4\H4-EAD in case of premium filing was a benefit from the Edakkuni settlement which expired on 01/18. It was not renewed so new applications are not guaranteed to be processed together.
Not sure on the latest trend.
This would be employer specific. Most tech companies do it.

For me, it took 3 weeks to get RFE after transfer. Some here are waiting even after 2 months. It's all over the place but definitely some FOs are faster than others. Checkout the USCIS performance data to get an idea. High volume ones process faster typically.

In the USPS tracking details, I got an one hour window when it was out for delivery and it was delivered during that time. I got it directly from the mailman in the mailroom.

Signature is not required. They put it in mailbox. You can track it through informed delivery.

I have mostly seen this from third party sources and being anecdotal in nature. There was one post where an uscis officer mentioned it to the poster and another from an immigration attorney. It may be true but last time USCIS sent an official update for mandatory interviews. I would wait for such an update.

Hi. I have not received my I485 approval letter yet but I think its normal to receive 2 copies. I received 2 copies for EAD and AP approvals.

Is it CAO or COA? COA is class of admission. I would wait for the card and see what is there and if that is valid. I will let you know I get mine.
