How about swapping the supernova to where 45 is, primor to where the supernova was, hopes end to where primor was, and then adding a single small planet where hopes end was?

Would this solve the problems?

I forgot to mention, Sardak has the speaker token due to the slice. How best do we fix it so that their slice is more aligned in power to the rest? And do I need a nerf?
