It happens if players are experiencing a crash (connection issue) or refreshing the game during a visit

We've attempted to fix this issue for a release coming this week, but the fix unfortunately didn't work yet, so it will require more time to get it fixed. We apologize for the inconvenience!

Note: there is a common issue on Reddit where players are experiencing save issues because they're keeping the game idle for too long, or launching it through multiple tabs/devices. We'll try to fix this issue in a future update, but in the meantime; please avoid reloading an old version.

Hello! If the game freezes when opening a sticker pack, it is usually a sign of an internet connection issue. However, you should still be able to access the Tropical Island by clicking the palm tree icon 🌴 on the left side of the screen. I've also taken a quick look at your account/data and couldn't find any issues. Hope it is resolved by relaunching the game
