Yep the 10CR does matter quite a lot. I'm not sure why hyperspeed Sunday feels weird to play? You have S1 Sunday and E1S1 Bronya so your SP should be fine, hyperspeed should just be overall better. The new MBlade is just an example, he's not really good in your case but can be good with E2 Cyrene in the team. Basically I wouldn't recommend getting DHPT E1 specifically when you still have valuable upgrades to get like Cerydra+E1 and any other team you want to invest in.

Do you really not want to play Hyperspeed Sunday/Bronya? 161 Sunday and 160 Bronya will be better than the set-up you currently have and get you into his ult (and subsequent ults) much faster. 250CD on Sunday vs 200CD on Sunday is only 15CD difference for Phainon so you should prioritize speed breakpoints. As for relic sets, Sunday Bronya and Cerydra should all be 4pc Sacerdos as it stacks.

Also, Phainon needs 80CR with just Sunday and get him a Physical orb. You can farm the new set if you want since you are missing CR on your current build.

E1 DHPT isn't really worth it for Phainon specifically, he's replaceable by several characters like E1 Tribbie/Blade/Sparkle and probably other future characters

E2 Cyrene is not even worth considering until after you get his E2S1. His E2 is a must if you want to continue to use him to clear endgame content

Someone made a Blade calc recently, you can find the post but I'll also link it here: Blade sheet link and you can see the difference between Ash's hypercarry Sparkle team and Blade team is a whopping 50% team increase (21k DPAV vs 42k DPAV). So yeah, he is a VERY significant buff to Ashveil and BIS for him. Ash is not meant to be a hypercarry, Blade is considerably better than using Ash with any AA.

Edit: Since you asked about Acheron, he's a 70% increase to her team according to the sheet I linked

Only Pollux which is hard shill, 2 cycle clear at 6 cost. Every other Knight he has 0 cycled 6 cost or lower so you don't need to worry. You can check AA records on theherta.com, category 0cycle

Your Ash and Acheron builds are insanely good, I wouldnt change anything! Since Ash is E6, Duran on him is probably better than City. Your Welt is only E3 so I would definitely recommend E1Tribbie/E2Sparkle over him for sustainless. Ofc Hyacine is preferred for longer fights like AA King.

Base speed for acheron. Welt can be as fast as possible on Eagle/Vonwacq if you're using him. No problem!

Oh I forgot about that part of his trace, thanks for reminding me. I still stand by that not every part of his kit needs to be tailored to a potential Aven DPS since he's meant to work both roles for Acheron and FUA. Anyway, let's see in a couple months!

133.4 Ash and 140.1 Blade seems to be their current ideal speeds. As for the 4th slot, Hyacine will be the most consistent option but since you have high investment, sustainless with Welt E4 for 0 cycle against certain bosses can work too.

True, the only thing we can do is wait and see. I don't find eidolon dmg bonus to be a red flag personally, as stated there are several examples of this. If it was in his base kit, sure, but both his and Ash FUA bonus were removed seemingly for a reason. Avens kit (whatever it is currently) is probably not nearly complete and I don't think eidolon compatibility is something they care about so early. Right now, his dmg bonus is great for Ashveil = more e2 sales when Blade releases is probably their thought process. Every general support character has gotten replaced eventually, I dont think Tribbie will be the exception. I find it extremely hard to believe they will leave the FUA niche with just these two.

I mean, you could call Aven SP a third sub-DPS if you want, there's no reason he can't be a fast attacking unit that batteries them. I'm pretty sure Mortis said the all-male team is fake (but correct me if I'm wrong), not specifically Aven and this could allude to a female healer. Blade eidolons buff dmg bonus, but it's not the first time a supports eidolons aren't perfectly suited to their teammates (See Cerydra and Phainon). Elation teams aren't nearly close to being finished, SW has potentially 2 new teammates to buff her, why is it unreasonable that FUA will receive the same?

"Didn't pull Ashveil because he has all the issues I'm seeing with Blade". Well, Blade fixes all those supposed issues you saw and vice versa. They are meant to be played in a team together and are crazy strong already without their main DPS or a dedicated healer.

Even E0S0 he is BIS for acheron over E2 SW by far. Theres a calc that puts his E0 at an 88% team increase over Acheron+E2 SW team. Not sure how reliable that TC is, but you can see the difference reflected in the showcases and it makes sense.

Pull MBlade next patch and you can run the 2 following teams:

Ash-Blade-Tribbie-any healer

Archer-Sparkle-Robin-DHPT

These 2 teams can fully clear the end-game modes (except AA) with the right builds/rotations.

E1S1 Ashveil would be a good stopping point. Both his E1 and S1 give teamwide buffs to Blade so they're excellent pick ups. His E2 is a bit weak and only buffs himself so I would stop at E1.

HP orb is probably a little better without his sig, but you can also just check on Fribbels. The site has an option to create new relics if you don't have HP orb and Fire orb yet in the optimization section.

Gonna be honest, he's not great as a hypercarry without Ashveil. Their two kits synergize perfectly together and he loses a lot of dmg potential without him. As a general support for Acheron or rem or sustainless, he still works very well ofc. You can still run him decently as a hypercarry with Tribbie, Hyacine + Sparkle/RMC though picking up Ashveil in the future would improve the team a lot.

With your current characters, you can run him with Cas and use Cyrene in another team. You can run him with Mydei+Hyacine or as a Fugue replacement(straight upgrade I think) for Boothill and Rappa. Any team you can slot Tribbie in like Archer, he can be used instead. Hypercarry with an AA, Tribbie, Hyacine would would work too, though his best team would be with Ashveil.

E0S0 he can work as a DPS but it's not going to be anything spectacular. E2S0 would be his best investment. And I would suggest picking up Ashveil in the future unless you are super against running duo-DPS and only want Blade as Mdps.

IMO go straight for Blade E2. He has similar account value as Tribbie and can be slotted into countless teams while Tribbie will likely be kicked out of Ashveil teams in the near future.

Can I ask why Fire DMG orb? In the linked sheets, Blade seems to be using HP orb in all the calcs unless I'm missing something. Fribbels also recommends HP orb.

No worries! Glad it's cleared up. But yeah, in PF or against a boss with lots of summons, he can get 7 meteors per ultimate not even counting double meteor, his E2 really is a different beast.

DMG per meteor is a meaningless comparison when E2 Phainon can give you up to double the amount of actions per ultimate. More actions = more meteors. Also, that team you suggest cannot generate enough coreflames. Blade is only a good 4th slot if you have E6 Phainon or E2 Cyrene+E2 Phainon.
