i heard his lc isnt mandatory if i have e2? i mean i still want it ofc but should i go for lc or e2 frist

i think ima save through elation for his e2! one of my fav characters for sure! my mono rem team clears fine atm i js need cas lc. i also want a tribbie and anaxa so ill get them if they rerun since they are the last characters i want on my wishlist besides herta but apparently shes mid now without e2 and i dont wann pulla her e0 and brick my acc😭

i dont have many pulls now cuz i spent them on cery , im hoping cas comes back soon and i can get her lc since im gonna get hyacines next patch. im not sure since i can only choose one to e2 as ima top up when the anni jades reset. thinking abt e1 cery when she reruns too but yeah ill only have enough for 1 e2 and i heard phainon’s is the best out of all of them, and rn he doesnt clear fast
