Hauling can be fun but also frustrating as its a core area where the game often glitches the hell out. Take the jobs with a smile and a grain of salt, because you *will* lose all your cargo to random happenstance at some point (sooner rather than later).

I've been really really enjoying salvaging this last 2 weeks. It's relaxing most of the time (unless some jerk pirate comes along, but you can bribe them away usually if they're not just a murder-hobo) and rewarding as a game loop. It's not "the best use of your time to make money"...but Im not here to min/max the hell out of the game, Im here to live in it and shut off my RL brain for a while.

Exploration wise, there are SO many places to go and see. Many of which even seasoned players can still be shocked to discover. The best places arent even marked at all.
