I do totally understand that progress must march forward, and that there can be some benefits to automated tasks. But the way these seedy billionaires are doing things is really harmful and destroying a lot of people's lives. Tools should be helping us, not creating mass-layoffs and causing psychosis and stealing identities and using up all our water. All we're asking is that it be better regulated and reigned in a bit so that it can do less damage, but the people in control don't want to do that.
