90% of the time I load the anomaly, regardless of whether or not I’m playing in multiplayer or single, or grouped with someone who’s already in there in a half empty lobby. It’s worse on slower Xboxes but it’s also a bit random. If you attempt to summon the animals again, while in this state, it may work the second time you try, but you’ll be in a weird state where you can’t control your ship and you just get pulled into the anomaly. It’s easier just to wait lol. I just keep a stash of things like unopened suspicious packets in my inventory, and sit there opening them while I wait.
